Just a guy sharing his love for underwear of all kinds!
This C-in2 pair really intrigues me… I can’t tell if it’s a normal brief, a bikini brief, or a jockstrap, but I really like the look, whatever it is especially with the powder blue color. In particular, it has a really tall waistband, which is something you typically see in jockstraps – but the fabric of the pouch and the waistband itself both seem was softer and more cotton-y than anything you’d see jockstraps typically use.
For a brand named “Jockmail”, you’d expect them to mostly make jocks – but here’s what looks to be a very jockstrap-like bikini brief! Specifically, this is the “JM304” on Jockmail’s website, and they do specifically call it an “almost jockstrap design”. All that’s different is that the space bounded by what would otherwise be your straps is instead one entire (though obviously not full-coverage) back panel.
The waistband here looks like it has a nice height to it, and the pouch has a nice round shape to it, so I’d certainly try it out! The plain single color works here with the white brand title on the waistband, as it’s a strong hue, giving the pair a simple-but-bold look.
Speaking of that pouch… I’ve shared a Jockmail pic before, a jockstrap (the JM203) with a MUCH bigger bulge! The pouch there also seems to be made with some breathable mesh panels on the sides, which sounds like it’d be nice and breathable for exercise (or other vigorous activity). Not sure if it would pass my squat test, though.
White briefs, white tank top, and water? Yes please, especially with that leg up to show off the bulge! =3
These jockstrap are from Bluebuck, a London-based apparel company, and caught my attention with what appear to be fairly generous pouches – not something you always see in jockstraps, which are meant to hold you in! Particularly hefty guy on the right aside, most Bluebuck underwear (jockstrap and more) do support you quite well.
One thing that I’m noticing with these jockstrap, though, is that the waistband seems to have a “pouch” section, and then a “rest of the waistband” section – there’s some angling that happens on the inside of the hips that I believe is more than just the geometry of the body, and it keeps distracting me.
All said, Bluebuck seems like a great brand overall, with some nice, soft, comfy fabrics all-around. If shipping&handling weren’t too much of an issue, I’d certainly try some of these out! Particularly their nautical trunks…
I don’t know if I’ve reviewed Guess before, but I gotta say, the pouch on this pair is really impressive! Maybe it’s the angle, maybe it’s not, but that pouch looks naturally really deep! A pair for the big boy in your life.
I don’t think I’ve reviewed Private Structure before, but I’ve seen them around multiple times. They’re a fairly no-nonsense brand in the sense that they don’t produce anything super-flashy but cover the basic necessities and then give them just enough color (with options) to be functionally stylish.
Most of the underwear – briefs and trunks, largely – have a typical waistband that sits fairly low. The pair here certainly fits all points – fairly basic design, color but not over the top, normal waistband, at the hips – and here we also get to see a bit of the bulge as well. Seems like it stretches enough to hold this guy in, but it’s fairly snug. Not necessarily in a bad way, but it is something I would think about when considering purchasing a pair of my own.
If it’s hard to see, both the waistband of the “shorts” here and the crosslink of the harness have the same logo – that of Sparta’s Harness, a brand originally from Italy – so it makes sense that this outfit looks like quite a complete package!
I’ve never worn or wanted to wear a harness like this one for two reasons: one, I’m not the wild-and-rough type, and two, I have low-level metal allergies, so I don’t wear jewelry. So, in a similar vein, I won’t wear any sort of traditional leather gear since that stuff include those buttons/clasps and the rings themselves as well, none of which I want on my skin.
That all said, I totally recognize how attractive they are, and enjoy seeing them on other guys – particularly guys that have at least a little bit of beef to show off! The fact that it matches nicely with these “shorts” as well is definitely a plus. Same red, and the shorts have that same show-off-y, somewhat-rough look to them.
I keep saying “shorts” in quotation marks because these are a pair of shorts that certainly don’t seem like underwear in the sense they’re not designed to be worn under anything, but they’re not normal wear-out-in-public shorts either, not only because they’re so incredibly skin-tight and low-riding and featuring awkward/atypical extra bands, but also there’s the very obvious bulge. I mean, I approve, especially with the cool angled look the “waistband” has (being multiple pieces) – but are they really “shorts”? X-D I don’t really care about the answer to that – they’re really hot to look at and are probably quite sensual to the touch. I would want to wear these to a club.
…this guy and outfit and stance are just one big WOOF. He can order me around and work me out any day
I have no clue what brand of underwear those are (and I never see that color!) and I don’t care.
I don’t know why this guy is wearing the waistband flipped down… Maybe he has a really short torso that the picture angle is masking, since the Armachilo line from Duluth doesn’t sit super-high in most of the pictures I’ve seen. That said, Duluth makes a ton of different cuts under each of their lines (Armachillo, Buck Naked, and Free Range) so it could be expected for one of the cut.
The picture here is juuuust blurry enough that I can’t make out the seams very well, (meaning I can’t quite tell which cut this pair is,) especially with how many folds there are in the fabric here. I think this guy bought a pair that was a bit too big for him… Then again, he’s filling out that pouch really well, so if that drove the purchase, I can’t blame him too much!
At the very least, this looks like an incredibly comfortable pair even with all the folding going on! It certainly doesn’t look overly tight anywhere, and the fabric seems pretty soft. Also, this green is a fun color that you don’t see very often.
I feel I was very luck to find pics of two very different guys wearing apparently the same AC camo brief! Or, maybe – the exact pattern of the camo is different, but IDK if that means these are from entirely different production runs, or if there was simply no attempt made to keep the exact pattern consistent.
Anyway, this is a fairly basic AC brief as far as cut goes. This brief is no longer available from the AC site (of course), but from what I can tell on other sites that had previously sold it and not taken the info down, I believe these briefs use the “Show-It” design (as opposed to the “Almost Naked” design) – though I can’t find what the fabric is.
Still, both of these men are wearing the pair very well, and it look comfy enough!
