Phil City is a brand by model Philip Fusco… And I can’t find much info about it. X-D Between this pic and others on his FB page, it seems like a fairly straightforward brand. Mostly solid colors, no out-there cuts – though you definitely can see mesh on this red brief here. (At least I think it’s a brief. It’s definitely low-rise, based on the amount of hip you can see above the waistband in this pic here.) It might be jock-inspired, with what little view of the under-back-panel we can see here too. Seems like an okay line? I’d have to judge the material to be sure.
