N2N Bodywear – CV6 Cosmic Vintage Trunk – Cosmic print – Medium

097

Material: 92% Rayon, 8% Spandex, and probably some of the softest material I have in my underwear drawer! It’s also very lightweight and stretchy, so plus points for those too.
Aesthetic: This is suuuuch a fun pattern, I absolutely love it!
Waistband: The “waistband” here is barely more than a glorified hem, which adds to the overall sleek look of the pair. It’s a bit tighter than the rest of the pair, but not in a constraining way at all – it stretches just as nicely as the rest of the fabric.
Pouch: N2N’s “NHance” pouch really shines here! It’s the same as seen way back on the cotton boxer I reviewed, and I still love it. Not only is there plenty of shape in the pouch itself to show off your junk, but that hem that loops around the underside does a great job of lifting an hefting you up – and, unlike the cotton boxer, I’ve never had the issue with this pair of it being occasionally a hair to high on the body and undercutting the scrotum a bit.
Backside: The cosmic pattern makes the back look amazing, and the pair hugs your cheeks quite nicely. The hem that goes down the middle of the back actually is designed to come up between your cheeks a little bit, giving a true “lifts and separates” effect here. X-D Even if you’re not used to thongs or wedgies, I would still say to try this pair out, because the bit of fabric sliding in there is very intentionally made and honestly feels “correct” the way they’ve done it. The only real downside here is that the cosmic pattern obscures any of the shaping between or below your cheeks, so you can’t easily see the nice lines you would expect based on the construction of the pair.
Legs: Very nicely done, following along with how good the fabric and waistband already are. As I’ve mentioned on previous pairs, I would probably prefer the legs to be a bit longer, but I still love these.
Other: When I bought these, I had also bought the CV5 Cosmic Vintage Box and CV1 Cosmic Vintage Jock as birthday presents for a friend couple I know. The “Box” was as in box-cut (i.e. square-cut) instead of as in a boxer, as it basically had no legs whatsoever but aside from just enough to distinguish it from a brief. Sadly, I don’t think any of these are easily available… But I do plan to eventually review another NHance-pouch pair of long johns that I’m currently wearing as I draft this post. =-)
Overall: 4.5/5 – If you can find something similar to these and are looking for a soft, comfy pair that also does a great job of showing off your assets, I say absolutely buy them. They’re not quite for everyday wear, though, and if you don’t like having a fabric valley gently edge between your cheeks, these wouldn’t be for you either. But I absolutely love them.
Great for: Sexy wear, Sleepwear
Good for: Loungewear

Blanc – Enhance Boxers – Grey – Medium

090

Material: 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex, as with the Lilac brief.
Aesthetic: While these come very close to the “casual grey” look that I love, something also seems very intentional about this pair, to the point it pulls me out of that causal-ness as well. I think I would’ve like a darker waistband here too.
Waistband: Same as before, a fairly good waistband overall that’s quite similar to the main fabric in several properties.
Pouch: Blanc’s “Enhance” pouches are designed to really show off your willie with a very specific design that only works when pointing downward. For Blanc’s boxers, the difference between standard fit and Enhance is really only in the point of the pouch, which I think takes a bit away from the “enhancing” feature. That is, the sides of the pouch are still somewhat spread out by their connection to the rest of the fabric, which draws away some of the potential support. Also, those extra connections mean your willie has to be in a very specific place to truly fill the pouch out. For some guys, such as the Blanc models, this really works; but it’s not going to work for everyone. I’ve noticed on occasion a tiny flap-like feature that would in theory be filled out at the tip of the pouch, even when I try to angle things to fill it out fully, so it’s a bit inefficient of a design.
Backside: Nothing to excitedly write home about here, but there’s nothing bad either, and I do think it actually does a nice job of showing of a round shape for the lowest curve of your cheeks – it raises them up and away from the thighs to make your cake fairly visible. Also, the print-on tag is NOT visible from behind here, so that’s nice.
Legs: Pretty comfy I guess! Not quite as long as I like, but thankfully not tight in any way.
Other: I honestly wanted to get a fun-color Enhance pair, but none were available in a color I like and size I needed when I was ordering. Hence my two Enhance pairs are plainer colors, and the Lilac brief I got was a standard fit. Hoping to get a nice pair that gets both qualities sometime in the future!
Overall: 3/5 – for me personally, the Enhance pouch doesn’t work on Blanc’s boxers, so the excess fabric on the pouch is a little distracting. Nothing else really wrong about the pair, though.
Great for: Loungewear(?)
Good for: Everyday wear, Sleepwear

The weather’s getting warmer here in the Northern Hemisphere, so let’s take a look at some swimwear, shall we? =-D

This here is a Nasty Pig “Label Bikini”, which is obviously utterly plastered with the Nasty Pig name all over it, so there’s no confusion as to the brand. That is, unless someone looking at it hasn’t heard of the brand before and just thinks it’s a description of you!

The drawstring, though white, acts as a splash of color for an honestly somewhat chaotic, muddy-ish design. I like the more traditional application of a drawstring, where the string necessarily comes out of the pair on the visible side of the waistband, but there’s a recent trend for brands to make their drawstrings exit on the inside of the waistband, which I personally think is just entirely counterproductive. I guess people think it’s too suggestive to have something flopping around in front of your crotch? …okay, yes that’s entirely understandable if stated only like that. But I don’t think anyone is going to confuse drawstrings for a dick. I think some guys think it’s rude to have *anything* that draws peoples’ attention to your crotch. But yeah, my personal opinion is that it’s impossible to tighten the waistband properly if your hands have to be inside the pair to do the tying!

Ah well. Speaking of waistbands, this pair has theirs entirely hidden in the main material, as it’s supposedly a 1-inch tall waistband, but there’s clearly no distinction between waistband and the rest of the pair here. I kind like that look on swim briefs (e.g. a Speedo-ish look) but it’s not as good on swim squarecuts, trunks, or shorts though.

Seven7 – Boxer Briefs – multiple colors – Medium//Large

085

Material: 93% Cotton, 7% Elastane, overall has a somewhat “flat” feel to it but it still soft and stretchy enough to be perfectly comfortable for everyday wear. Not super breathable, but that doesn’t feel like a big knock against it – this definitely feels like a “office underwear” situation where you wouldn’t pick this pair because you weren’t going to be in a situation where breathability would be an issue anyway.
Aesthetic: Generally very simple; it of course depends on exactly which pair you pick as some have various prints, but even those have a color palette that’s more muted and reserved to begin with – again, a very sort of “office underwear” vibe to them.
Waistband: Fairly typical as waistbands go! Not quite as tall as some others, which I think might be trying to play into that “low profile” fashion trend, but it’s a small effect here.
Pouch: Basically none. X-D There’s just enough extra fabric on the two panels that make up the front so that it doesn’t feel constraining, but there’s absolutely no effort made to provide the pair a good shape to hold your junk. It’s fine for me since I like wearing my willie pointing up, but I can somewhat imagine that this isn’t a great pair for guys who like to point downward, though.
Backside: Surprisingly unlike the relatively flat front, this pair actually shows off a really nice curve for your backside! The plaid on this particular pair also gives some visual interest, so the flat-color pairs might be a bit less to look at, but would still come up under your cheeks quite nicely. There’s a print-on tag at the top of the inside of the back panel, and it’s impossible to notice while wearing – it almost looks like precision-dyed fabric as opposed to something that was printed on!
Legs: Fairly comfy! I’d personally like them to be a tad bit longer, but no real complaints.

Other: I’ve chosen to focus on the plaid pair with the pictures here, which is a Large, but the other four I have are a tan speckled pattern (Medium), light tan plain (Medium), slate (Large), and violet (Medium).
Overall: 3/5 – I went back and forth between 3 or something higher for this pair, because there’s really nothing wrong with it aside from a marginally flat pouch, and since it’s not really meant as a show-off-y pair (while still having a great backside) I didn’t want to count that against the pair too much. That said, it’s a very plain pair, so I ultimately settled on the 3 because I can’t see it being a pair people will every look forward to wearing at all. Still, it’s a great pair for everyday office wear and the like, so definitely worth having in your collection for those days you wake up feeling a little blah and just want something simple to pull on and get the day started. X-D Seven7 is a jeans brand before an underwear brand, so the practicality-minded nature of the pairs makes total sense in that context.
Great for: Everyday wear
Good for: Sleepwear, Loungewear(?)

I’m not sure exactly what pair this is from AussieBum, but based on the mid-length legs and the red waistband, I’m going to guess it’s a Journey pair? I can’t find this exact pair on their website currently, but the Journey options seem closest. My one reservation is that the Journey trunks are 90% Nylon 10% Elastane, and the pair this guy is wearing looks like it should have cotton component…. But to be fair, that’s really hard to say from just a picture.

Anyway, the pouch here very much follows what’s on the Journey pairs, so that’s a pretty good match. Nice contour to it for comfort and promotion, and (at least on this guy) the legs seem long enough to prevent much thigh contact as well. Bigger thighs often translate to legs covering less vertical distance, so I don’t know if these trunks would work well for me, especially since I have a history of having that thigh-shortening effect with AussieBums, but I’d definitely be willing to try this pair out! Especially because it’s the “casual grey” I love, and the guy here is filling them out quite well.

Continuing on with the sports theme from last time, here’s a jockstrap-sporting baseball outfit! Now, I’m using “outfit” loosely here, because the jockstrap is the only real article of clothing – I don’t really count the helmet – but hey, it’s a look!

In theory, I could tell what the brand is for this jockstrap, with the front logo fairly visible, but it’s too small for me to easily read… Ah well. The pouch on this jockstrap actually looks really tight in the sense that it locks down your junk tightly to keep it in place and mostly immobile – which, we should remember, is exactly what jockstrap were designed to do for guys in athletics, so you didn’t get any uncomfortable squeezes on sensitive parts while doing whatever exercise you were doing. So as much as many people like seeing expansive, well-fleshed-out pouches in their jockstraps, (in addition to the exposed bums,) this strapped-in look is actually truer to form. If you’ve got bigger junk, though, it might not be the most comfortable for general wear!

While the pouch shape is simply “tight”, I think the color and design choices on this jockstrap honestly quite nice, IMO. The pouch is that “casual grey” that I have a soft spot for, and the red-white-grey stripes along the waistband and straps reminds me of the red-white-black combo I’ve spoken about before, embodying a ready-to-go kin of sexual energy. (And, of course, baseball analogies.) Give me a bigger pouch on this pair, and I would absolutely want it, either for myself or for a partner!

T-shirt, briefs, and socks: simple, but effective!

Both the T-shirt and the majority of the briefs here are that casual grey hue and texture that I absolutely fall for, with the white of the waistband being an effective visual break line for the overall look – otherwise it would kinda look like a onesie (and, while I love this grey tone, I think an unbroken top-to-bottom pale grey outfit would look maybe a little slobby. No problem with that here, though!)

Interestingly, I don’t generally like those tall, generic white socks if you’ve got something more involved going on with the rest of your look. However, the fact that the waistband is also white actually gives a feeling (if probably unintentional) that the socks are intentionally matched to the briefs, instead of the “well these are just the socks I have” look that they would give otherwise.

I appreciate both the tightness of that T-shirt and the nice, shapely rounded package this bro is sporting… =3

AussieBum – TrackyDak Pant – Marle Grey – M

082

Material: 98% Cotton, 2% Viscose, which is SUPER SOFT OMG. The thing is, while it’s super soft and somewhat stretchy, it’s not super stretchy by any means. This means that the “tapered design” can cause some issues depending on your proportions… But it will always feel amazing even if the fit isn’t great.
Aesthetic: I mean, they’re grey trackies/sweatpants… We all know what grey sweatpants are good for. 8) This pair in particular is designed for a bit more of an athletic look, with less bulk and a tighter fit, and I think it pulls that off quite well – almost too well!
Waistband: Tall and sleek with a tube through the middle of the waistband for the drawstring. A bit tight at times, but in an all-around way that doesn’t ever fell like it’s cutting into you at all; just generally snug I guess. Quite comfy honestly.
Pouch: Normally I’d say this is N/A for outerwear pants, because they’re generally designed to be flat thanks to the assumption that you’re wearing underwear beneath… But these are grey trackies we’re talking about, of course! The joke is that you go commando and show off a bit. ;3 The overall more-skintight design of these sweatpants means that you aren’t going to have anything flopping about at all, but that’s fine. The fabric is so soft that the snugness is still pretty damn comfortable. That said, I recommend wearing a C-ring of some sort, whether you want to be showing off your religion or not, because you’re probably going to want something lessen the amount of skin-on-skin contact between your junk and your legs that otherwise results from the revealing fit. I personally chose to wear an elastic C-strap that came with one of my older Mckillop bulge pairs.
Backside: There isn’t much of an ass to these pants, at least not by design; if you already have a good solid backside to show off, these sweats will do a good job of showing it off, but the softer your cheeks are, the more flattened-out you’ll look with these. Still, the tightness will still hold a nice curve even if you are a softer guy! So that’s night (but again it works better if you’re naturally more cake-y). And that all said, if you have curvy hips, it will show those of AMAZINGLY well! The backside also has a bit of visual interest with a back pocket on the right cheek. There is a tag in the back of the waistband that’s fairly large, but it’s not noticeable at all, and pretty soft.
Legs: The legs are the most telling part of these trackies to me. As mentioned above, they were designed with a “tapered design” in mind, I guess with the waist being the widest part of the person wearing them: from promotional material, they’re supposed to be only moderately snug on the hips and thighs, relatively loose around the knees, and then fairly skintight around the calves. I, clearly, am not the intended body type though! My hips and ass are far thicker than my waist, and my thighs are pretty big as well, so what happens when I pull them on is that they become skintight around my everything, which then prevents the bottom hems of the pants from coming up as high as they should because of how much they hug my calves, making the loosest part be a clumpy-ish grouping around my ankles. (Side note: the ankle openings are also difficult to get stretched over my actual ankles!) As moderately difficult it is to get them on, once they are on they are still quite comfy. They don’t look like they’re promoted to, but I still like the look anyway, so despite my apparent complaints above I do still quite like them all-around! While skintight, they aren’t constricting at all, and of course the material is very soft, especially on the inside.
Other: Like the SupaDupa brief… Who the F is naming these things? It’s like an old cartoon the way they name some of these products… Plus, TrackyDak also sounds a bit too much like Tricky Dick to my liking. Oh well!
Overall: 4/5 – I don’t want to knock these too much for the sizing issues, because aside from those, these are an amazing pair of sweatpants! I wonder if they would have been noticeably different around the thighs and calves if I had ordered a large instead of a medium…

Veni Masse – Multi-function separate ball hammock Boxer Brief – Grey – L

075

Material: 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex, and it almost feels a bit denser than normal cotton, you almost can’t tell the spandex is there (which would, in theory, make the fabric feel a bit more breathable and light). Still very soft, and overall a great feeling against the skin if you’re used to and prefer underwear that feels like something (as opposed to the “feels like wearing nothing at all” crowd).
Aesthetic: I’ve talked about the solid grey look before, so I won’t say much more here! Just a nice, very casual pair, with just enough visual variety from the waistband to not be utterly boring. (The textured, mesh-like ball pouch is a little distracting, but it’s not the easiest thing to notice right off the bat.)
Waistband: Fairly normal as waistbands go! Nicely soft and stretchy, with a fairly normal height to it too. One thing that’s clear in my pictures, though, is that I was completely unable to get a picture with the hips of the waistband staying properly un-rolled-down. The waistband is soft enough that this isn’t an issue at all from a comfort standpoint, but it’s not the most attractive look around.
Pouch: The dual- or triple-pouch here is almost exactly the same as the previous Veni Masse pair, with three main differences. First, and most obvious, is the fabric itself, which is a bit thicker and softer, which means a more normal amount of fabric friction and a bit less stretch as well. Neither of these are bad things, as the bit more friction comes with the softer, more cotton-y feel, so that’s expected if you like that kind of underwear, and the lower amount of stretch also makes sense for the fabric. Honestly, this pair’s fabric makes the pair feel more like it’s for a day of relaxing and staying at home, or at least one where comfort is more important than mobility; it holds your junk in place and in soft comfort, and that’s that. The other differences between this pouch and that from the previous pair come lower down, as this pouch’s sleeve does not have a lower opening, so between that and the less stretch it means that this pair is intended to have your willie angled up an nothing else; also, the ball pouch – while looking kinda mesh-like from a distance, is definitely solid. It’s a different fabric than the rest of the pair, and cradles your balls nicely, but it is not nearly as breathable as the previous pair.
Backside: Solid grey backside, nothing particularly special, but still a nice casual look! (Maybe a little more than casual with a bit of under-cheek showing like in my picture above… Eeep.) Also separates the cheeks like the previous Veni Masse pair did, and the tag is the same too.
Legs: These leg openings grip your legs a bit more than those with the modal fabric, but the general shape, fit, and comfort are the same as before.
Overall: 3.5/5 – Despite all the similarities between this pair and the one before, especially the amazing dual- or triple-pouch design, the difference the fabric type makes is huge. Now, I’m one to generally enjoy the soft, cotton-y, wear-for-a-day-at-your-desk pairs of underwear, and this is definitely a nice pair in that sense, but there are others that do it better, and even though the previous Veni Masse is made for a more active and show-off-y lifestyle than I’m used to, I think I still like that pair better than this one. To each their own, though!
